Note: The BoardWorks iPad app is supported on iPadOS devices and can also be installed and used on macOS devices with Apple silicon processors (M1 or later). While the user interface may vary depending on screen size, the available features and functionality remain the same.
How do I open the Main Menu?
The Main Menu provides access to meetings, documents, tasks, settings, and other areas of the BoardWorks app.
To open the Main Menu:
Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
The Main Menu expands to display available sections of the app.
Tap the Menu icon again to collapse the menu.
From the Main Menu, you can access:
Meetings
Documents
Tasks (Voting, Surveys, Evaluations)
Reference Documents
Chats
Settings
Other BoardWorks features available to your organization
How do I sign out of BoardWorks?
To sign out of the BoardWorks app:
Tap your Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select Sign Out.
You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.
Note: Signing out does not remove your account from the device. Your account information remains available for future sign-ins unless the account is removed from the device.
How do I remove my account from the device?
If you want BoardWorks to completely remove your account information from the iPad:
Open the Main Menu.
Select Settings.
Select My Account.
Tap Forget this Account.
This action:
Removes your account from the device
Resets the BoardWorks app for your account
Requires you to enter your username and password the next time you sign in
Note: Removing an account from the device is different from signing out. Signing out ends your current session, while Forget this Account removes the saved account information from the iPad.
