The Profiles Hub

The Profiles Hub is the user Directory in BoardWorks. Users can view another user’s information and manage their own. A user’s profile is set up with the basic information, username, first and last name, and email. Any additional information can be added by either an administrator or the user.

To access the individual profile to view or edit, an administrator will need to filter the information displayed. That can be done by either selecting the first letter of their last name or by using the Filter by Committee option. Once the list is updated, choose the individual from the results list on the left. This will update the information on the right. If an administrator or the person would like to edit the profile, click VIEW FULL PROFILE.

Once the profile page is displayed, click on EDIT Profile to make changes to an individual’s profile

Information that can be stored on an individual:

  • Information required for BoardWorks is in grey and only can be changed by administrators.

  • Information that can be entered. See Platform Matrix to see where the information will be displayed

  • The picture

  • Status

  • List of Committees (displayed)

  • A Bio

  • Title

  • Company

  • Appointment (if implemented)

  • Email (displayed)

  • Mobile Phone

  • Work Phone

  • Email (used of notification)

  • Home Country

  • Time Zone

  • Username (Displayed)

  • Assistant’s Name

  • Assistant’s Phone

  • Assistant’s Email

Please note that when an Assistant email is entered in this field, they will receive the same notifications as the individual to whom the profile belongs.

When finished, click Save, Clear All, or Cancel
