User Reports

User Reports allow the Administrator to display on the screen or print out Active Users or User Roles & Committee Memberships. The information can be exported in either a Microsoft Excel file format or PDF format.

The Administrator clicks on Reports from the User Administration screen.

Choose from the drop-down.

  • Active User Report – displays basic user information, Username, Display Name, Password Expiration Date, if the user's password expires, and does it need to change at log-in. See the page below for an example of each report.

  • User Roles & Committee displays Username, Display Name, the role that is assigned to the user, and a list of committees that person belongs to.

  • Click on Run Report

The Active User Report may be exported into PDF or Excel files.

Adding a New Committee

Click on New Committee.

Adding Committee Members

As previously mentioned, committees and officer groups are key to how BoardWorks data is organized, for this reason, it is easy to change committee membership.

To edit the members of the committee, click on Committee Members.

  • Click on the tick box to select or deselect the committee members.

  • Click on Save.

Changing a Committee Name

An administrator may decide that the committee’s name or description has evolved since the committee was established and it is necessary to revise or change the committee’s name or description.

  • Click on the Committees Tab

  • Click on Edit on the desired committee

  • Click on the box next to either the committee’s name or description to change.

  • Click on Save.
