The Board book contains the documents and virtual meeting information for a board meeting.
Directors and administrators can access the Board Book from:
The Dashboard
The Meetings & Events menu
To open a Board book, select the meeting or event name from either location. The Board book will display with all related materials for that meeting.
Or
When the Board book opens, administrators and directors can view meeting details, access documents, and take action on the meeting.
Meeting information
The Board book displays key details about the meeting, including:
Agenda (can be downloaded separately)
Date and time of the meeting
Meeting URL for joining the online meeting
Allows directors and administrators to access the meeting directly
Location
Displays a map of the meeting location (for example, Google Maps or another mapping platform)
Meeting documents
The Board book includes a list of documents associated with the meeting.
Users can:
View individual documents
Select specific documents
Download selected documents
Download all meeting documents at once
Meeting Actions
The following actions are available from the Board book.
Administrative actions
(Available to administrators only)
Attendance Report
View attendance details for the meeting.

Create a copy of the meeting, including its details and agenda structure.

Edit Meeting
Update meeting details, documents, and settings.
Delete Meeting
Permanently remove the meeting.
General actions
(Available to directors and administrators)
Add to Calendar
Download the calendar entry and add the meeting to your calendar system.
Download Meeting Book
Automatically download all files included in the Board book.
Send Email (Administrators only)
Send an email message to all meeting attendees.
Discussions
Start or view discussions connected to the meeting.

At the bottom of the Board Book, users can choose how to download meeting materials:
Download Board Book
Download all documents included in the Board book as one file.
Download Selected
Download only the documents you select as one file.
