How do I add a document?
Documents can be uploaded in two ways:
Single document uploads
Multiple document uploads
Uploading a single document
To upload a single document, follow these steps:
Enter a File Title
This is the name that will appear wherever the document is listed, such as in the Board Book.Browse to the file you want to upload.
Select Upload to add the document.
Bulk Document Upload
You can upload multiple documents at the same time using the Bulk Document Upload option.
Please note: This screen supports both single and multiple document uploads.
Please note: When uploading multiple documents, the file name is used as the document title.
There are three ways to upload documents in bulk:
Drag and Drop
Select Files (from computer)
Select OneDrive Files
Drag and drop upload
Open Windows Explorer or Finder.
Select multiple files using the Shift or Ctrl key.
Drag the selected files into the upload area.
Select Upload to add the documents.
Select files (from computer)
Click Select Files...
Choose one or multiple files using the Shift or Ctrl key.
Select Upload to add the documents.
Select OneDrive files
Click Select from OneDrive.
Choose one or more files from your OneDrive account.
Select Upload to add the documents.
Please note: Uploading Documents from OneDrive requires you to integrate your Microsoft OneDrive account with BoardWorks. For more information see Microsoft 365 Integration.
How do I delete a document?
To delete a document from a folder
Open the folder that contains the document you wish to delete
Select Manage
Select Delete Document
A confirmation message will appear
Select Save to confirm and complete the deletion
