The Search Hub allows the Administrator or Director to quickly search for a specific item within BoardWorks. When an Administrator or Director clicks on the Search Hub, a Search Box appears.
Please note: The Search Hub can be accessed from any screen in BoardWorks.
Once the Search Box appears, fill in the Search BoardWorks for and then, if need be, select the topic to search from the dropdown, and click on Search. The “Topic” options available are:
All
Alerts
Corporate Information
General Board Information
Meetings & Events
Discussions
Links
Surveys
Votings
Profiles
Collaboration
Evaluations
Click on the item to open it.
If the search returns too many items, the results may be limited by using a date range.
