The Menu Hubs are always available for easy access to the features in BoardWorks. They are:
Search – The Search Hub is used to search the site for meetings, evaluations or documents See Search Hub for more information.
Meeting & Events – Provide access to past and upcoming meetings and events.
Admin – The Admin Hub provides access to create and disable users, reset user passwords, edit user information, manage user roles, create committees and manage committee memberships. For more information see Admin Hub. This is only available to Administrators.
Alerts – The Alert Hub allows the Administrator to create and publish email notifications
Documents – The Documents Hub provides access to the documents library, collaboration workspace and signature requests.
Evaluations – The Evaluation Hub provides Administrators the ability to create D&O questionnaires, surveys, board performance evaluations etc...these can be configured in a variety of ways including options like anonymous results, follow up and conditional questions and attaching documents for review. Results can then be tracked and exported to out of BoardWorks in different formats or can be viewed graphically (pie and bar charts)
Surveys – The Survey Hub provides an Administrator the ability to create a survey and the Director to answer the Surveys.
Voting – The Voting Hub provides an Administrator the ability to create votings to make board decisions. Documents can also be attached to a voting and results can be tracked and exported out of BoardWorks in various formats.
Links – The Links Hub allows the Administrator to add useful URLs for Directors to access.
Profiles – The Profiles Hub provides access for a director to view their and other Director's information. It also allows the Director or an Administrator to edit their personal information.
