Annotation Management allows administrators control over the annotations created for the meetings they manage. Using annotation management Admins can selectively delete the annotations created by attendees of their meetings.
To manage annotations select the action button next to the meeting to manage and select Delete Annotation.
A window will appear allowing Administrators to either delete annotations for all attendees or for specific attendees.
Please note: If no annotations are present for a meeting a warning message will appear.
Automated Annotation Management
It is possible to automate the management of annotations and have them auto delete after between 30 and 365 days, to enable this feature please reach out to our Computershare client services who will be able to enable this on your site.
Please note: Automated annotation management will be disabled by default i.e. annotations will not delete automatically.
