The BoardWorks Dashboard is the default page that will load after login. The dashboard provides quick and easy access to main menu on the left hand side and to the most time sensitive information in a little clicks as possible.
The BoardWorks Dashboard also contains the Upcoming Meetings & Events panel that will list upcoming meetings details, and their statuses. The Recent Updates panels is an activity, which will allow you to access any recently created content without having to go through each section.
A meeting will have either a status of:
Unpublished (orange) β not available to attendees but available to administrators
Published (green) β available to all meeting attendees and administrators.
Archived (dark green) - not available to attendees but available to administrators
Clicking on the name of the meeting, Opens the Board Book.
Clicking on Actions beside the meeting in question provides a dropdown list of items that will affect a meeting or event. For more information on Meeting & Event Actions, see Meetings & Events Actions.
The Recent Updates panel displays a list of recently added content or changes to the BoardWorks site. This can be customized to show the specific content of interest. To configure the Recent Updates panel, click on the Settings cog icon.
Once the Recent Updates Setting Screen appears, click on the tick box to follow that feature or to flag that feature as important. Then click on Save to accept the change.
