  • Preferred access for Administrators = laptop/desktop using a web browser

  • The preferred access method for all others = BoardWorks Mobile Apps (iPad, Windows, Android tablet, iPhone & Android Phone)

  • 24/7 Availability

Administrators can:

  • Create and publish Meetings, Events, Votings, Evaluations quickly and accurately.

  • Apply security to individual meetings, agendas, and documents based on specific committee membership or manual selection.

  • Upload and manage documents and reference materials

  • Easily adjust who receives the information by managing committee membership and users’ roles.

  • Make updates and edits to the agenda and Board Book quickly to compensate for evolving issues.

  • Send documents out for signature

  • Add and disable accounts

  • Reset user passwords

  • Enable/disable Multi-factor Authentication for individual users.

Directors can:

  • Access current and past board and committee material securely.

  • Receive alerts of upcoming Meetings, Events, and other important changes and information

  • Access reference material such as corporate information, Directors’ guides, and general Board information

  • Provide approval and signoff on resolutions and other documentation

  • Respond to Evaluations, Surveys, and Voting to sign off, provide consent on proposed resolutions, or respond to evaluations.
