Apply security to individual meetings, agendas, and documents based on specific committee membership or manual selection.
Upload and manage documents and reference materials
Easily adjust who receives the information by managing committee membership and users’ roles.
Make updates and edits to the agenda and Board Book quickly to compensate for evolving issues.
Send documents out for signature

Directors can:
Access current and past board and committee material securely.
