From time to time you may want to refresh the BoardWorks App by forgetting your account in the following scenarios:
If you suspect that your device may not be syncing fully with BoardWorks
If your device has been unused or offline for a period of time.
If you are using a shared device and you are passing it to another user
In these scenarios, its good practice to "Forget This Account".
Forgetting your account is much like clearing your cache/cookies on your web browser. It will reset the app on your device and require for you to login again. Once you login again, the App will reconnect to the BoardWorks servers and complete a full sync.
How to "Forget This Account" - iPadOS
Login to BoardWorks on your iPad
Open the main menu
Navigate to Settings
Tap on "My Account"
Tap on "Forget This Account"
Once you have tapped Forget This Account, you will be asked for confirmation.
Once that is complete you will be returned to the main menu where you will have set the Region on the app and to login again.
Please allow the app to sync fully (until the circle on the top-right of the screens stops spinning)
โNote: Saved annotations will be restored after the full sync takes place.
