How to Use Administration Reports

Running BoardWorks User Reports

BoardWorks Administrators have the ability to audit their users very easily by using our User Reporting functionality. There are two reports available and both can be exported to Excel or PDF for deeper analysis.

  1. Active User Report - This report will display all your current enabled users along with other details such as Last Login Date, Password Expiry and MFA status to name a few

  2. User Roles & Committees Report - This report will display all your current users along with their User Role and Committee Membership(s).

How to access Administration Reports

Once you have logged into BoardWorks as an Administrator, simply click on Admin button from the main menu, then click the Reports button on the top-right of the page.

Once in the reports page, the Active User Report will load by default. To run it, simply click on Run Report.

To load the User Roles and Committees Report, click the drop-down and select the report, and then click on Run Report.
