Users are able to reset their own passwords from the BoardWorks portal login page.
The only requirement is that the user must have a security question set.
From the login page. Click on "Forgot Password?" link
On the next screen enter your username and select "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
Once you select "I'm not a robot" you will be presented with a Captcha challenge to complete.
Once you've completed the challenge, click on the "Reset Password" button.
Next, enter your security questions answer.
If you answer your security question correctly, you will presented with the screen below where you will enter a new password and once again to confirm.
Click the "Reset Password" button.
Now you will be taken back to the main login screen where you will be able to login with your new password.
