How do I access my account and settings?
Account and application options are available from the More section of the BoardWorks Android app.
To access your account and settings:
Tap More from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
Select the option you want to access.
The More section contains a variety of account, communication, and application settings.
How do I access My Account?
The My Account section allows you to view and manage your BoardWorks account information.
To access My Account:
Tap More.
Select My Account.
Depending on your organization's configuration, you may be able to:
View your username
Change your password
Change your security question and answer
Enter or update a document printing license key
Enter or update document integration license keys
Save new account-related information
How do I access Settings?
The Settings section allows you to configure application preferences and manage available BoardWorks settings.
To access Settings:
Tap More.
Select Settings.
Depending on your organization's configuration, you may be able to:
Enable or disable Biometric authentication
Manage application preferences
Configure sync history settings
Manage sync frequency and connection preferences
Reset the BoardWorks Android app
Remove your account from the app
Note: Available settings may vary depending on your organization's configuration and your device capabilities.
How do I access Alerts?
Alerts provide notifications about important activity in BoardWorks.
To access Alerts:
Tap More.
Select Alerts.
Alerts may notify you about:
Upcoming meetings
New Board Books
Assigned tasks
Signature requests
Surveys and evaluations
Other organization notifications
How do I access Profiles?
The Profiles section allows you to view contact information and profile details for individuals within your BoardWorks environment.
To access Profiles:
Tap More.
Select Profiles.
In profiles, you can:
View all Director profiles
View profile information
Access contact details
Sort and Filter Profiles view
How do I access Links?
The Links section provides quick access to websites and online resources configured by your organization.
To access Links:
Tap More.
Select Links
From Links, you can open URLs and online resources made available by your organization.
Note: Available links may vary by organization and board.
How do I access the Activity Feed?
The Activity Feed displays recent activity related to your BoardWorks account and boards.
To access the Activity Feed:
Tap More.
Select Activity Feed.
Depending on your organization's configuration, the Activity Feed may display:
Recent meeting activity
New or updated Board Books
Document updates
Task activity
BoardWorks Chat activity
Other BoardWorks notifications and events
The Activity Feed helps you stay informed about recent activity and changes across your boards.
How do I access Board Selection?
The Board Selection section allows multi-boarded Directors to switch between boards within BoardWorks.
To access Board Selection:
Tap More.
Select Board Selection.
From there, you can choose the board you want to access.
Note: Meetings, Board Books, documents, tasks, and other content update based on the selected board.

How do I access Help?
The Help section provides access to support and troubleshooting resources.
To access Help:
Tap More.
Select Help.
From Help, you can access available support information and contact details
How do I sign out of BoardWorks?
To sign out of the BoardWorks app:
Tap More.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Tap Sign Out.
You will be signed out and returned to the login screen.
Note: Signing out ends your current session but does not remove your account from the device.
