Switching Between Boards on Windows

This section explains how to switch between Boards in the BoardWorks Windows app. Users with access to multiple Boards can switch between organizations without signing out and back in again.

How do I switch between Boards?

To switch between Boards:

  1. Select the Board selector at the top of the Main Menu.

  2. Review the list of available Boards.

  3. Select the Board you wish to access.

BoardWorks will refresh and display content associated with the selected Board.

What is the All Boards option?

If you have access to multiple Boards, the All Boards option allows you to view content across all accessible Boards.

When selected, BoardWorks displays information from all Boards available to your account.

This can be useful when monitoring activity across multiple organizations.

How do I know which Board I am viewing?

The currently selected Board is displayed at the top of the Main Menu.

When you switch Boards, the selected Board name updates automatically.

What changes when I switch Boards?

When switching Boards, BoardWorks updates the information displayed throughout the application, including:

  • Meetings & Events

  • Signature Requests

  • Voting

  • Surveys

  • Alerts

  • Activity Feed

  • Reference Documents

  • Evaluations

  • Vault content

Only information associated with the selected Board will be displayed.

Will my annotations be available when I switch Boards?

Annotations remain associated with the Board and documents where they were created.

When switching Boards, you will only see annotations associated with documents available within the currently selected Board.

What you can do next

After switching Boards, you can:

  • Review meetings and documents for the selected Board

  • Complete pending tasks

  • Access Reference Documents

  • Review Signature Requests

  • Continue preparing for upcoming meetings
