How do I sign a document?
To sign a document:
Open Signature Requests from the Main Menu.
Locate the document under Pending Requests.
Click the document to open it.
Review the document.
Navigate to the signature field.
Click the Signature icon.
Draw your signature using your mouse, trackpad or touchscreen.
If desired, select a different ink color.
Click Done.
Your signature will be inserted into the document.
After inserting the signature, you can reposition it within the signature area and resize it by dragging any of the corner handles. This allows you to adjust the placement and size of the signature before submitting the document.
Can I change my signature before saving it?
Yes.
While adding a signature, select Clear Signature to remove the current signature and create a new one.
Once you are satisfied with the signature, select Done to apply it to the document.
How do I save and submit a signed document?
After applying your signature:
Review the signed document.
Select the Accept button (checkmark) on the right side of the screen.
Review the confirmation message.
Click Close.
The signed document will be submitted and the Signature Request will move to Completed Requests.
How do I know if a Signature Request has been completed?
The Signature Requests page separates requests into two sections:
Pending Requests – Requests that still require your signature.
Completed Requests – Requests that have already been signed and submitted.
Once a Signature Request has been completed:
It will no longer appear under Pending Requests.
It will appear under Completed Requests.
The request status will display Completed.
What if I am not ready to sign?
If you close the document before accepting and submitting the Signature Request, it will remain under Pending Requests until completed.
You can return to the Signature Request at any time before the due date and continue the signing process.
