Profiles allow you to view information about other board or committee members and to manage your own profile details in BoardWorks.
How do I view user profiles?
To view details about other board or committee members:
From the Dashboard, select Profiles from the main navigation menu.
A list of BoardWorks users is displayed.
Find a user by:
Selecting a letter to sort by last name, or
Using the committee filter to narrow the list
Select the user’s name to view a summary of their profile.
Select View Full Profile to see additional details.
User profiles may include committee membership, contact information, and other details that have been made available.
How do I access and edit my profile?
You can edit your own profile in either of the following ways:
Select your name from the user menu in the upper‑right corner of the screen and choose Your Profile, or
Open Profiles from the main navigation menu and locate your name in the list
To edit your profile:
Select Edit Profile.
Update the fields you want to change.
Select Save when finished.
Note: Fields displayed in grey are managed by your BoardWorks Administrator.
If changes are needed for those fields, contact your administrator.
Profile information you can update
Depending on your permissions, you may be able to update the following profile fields:
General information
Status
Short status message such as “In the office” or “Traveling”Profile picture
Bio
Title
Company
Contact details
Mobile phone
Work phone
Home country
Time zone
Account details
Email address (read‑only)
Username (read‑only)
Assistant information
Assistant’s name
Assistant’s phone
Assistant’s email (managed by an administrator)
Additional information
Other information
LinkedIn URL
X username
Show X feed option
