Evaluations allow you to provide feedback and respond to Surveys, D& O questionnaires, board performance evaluations assigned to you in BoardWorks.
How do I access an evaluation?
You can access evaluations in two ways:
From an email notification
When an evaluation is available, you may receive an email alert.
If you are already logged in to BoardWorks, select the first link in the email.
If you are not logged in, select the second link, sign in, and the evaluation opens automatically after login.
From within BoardWorks
From the Dashboard, select Evaluations from the main navigation menu.
A list of all evaluations that are awaiting your response is displayed.
Select the evaluation name you want to complete.
Note: Once an evaluation’s cutoff date has passed, it is no longer accessible in BoardWorks.
How do I complete an evaluation?
After opening an evaluation:
Review each question carefully.
Enter your responses as required.
You can move through the evaluation at your own pace.
How do I save my progress?
We understand that Evaluations can sometimes be lengthy and require a lot of time to thoughtfully respond to all the questions. If you need to leave BoardWorks or return to the evaluation later:
Select Save Draft to save your progress.
This allows you to resume the evaluation at a later time without losing your responses.
How do I submit an evaluation?
Once you have finished answering all questions:
Select Submit to send your responses.
After submission, your responses are recorded and the evaluation is marked as complete.
What you can do next
After submitting an evaluation, you can:
Return to the Dashboard to review meetings or documents
Check for additional evaluations, surveys, or voting items that may require your attention
