Using the BoardWorks Windows App

This section explains how to navigate and manage your account in the BoardWorks Windows app, including accessing the main menu, signing out, and managing your device settings.

The BoardWorks Windows App is available and compatible with all Windows 10 or 11 devices including laptops, desktops and surface devices.

Note: The BoardWorks Windows app is supported on devices running Windows 10 and Windows 11, including laptops, desktops and Surface devices. While the user interface may vary depending on screen size and device configuration, the available features and functionality remain the same.

How do I access the main menu?

To access the main menu:

Once you login to BoardWorks, the main menu is displayed on the left side of the screen. The main menu provides access to meetings, documents, tasks, profiles, app settings, and other areas of the app.

How do I sign out of BoardWorks?

To sign out of the app:

  1. Tap your profile icon in the top‑right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Sign Out.

You will be logged out and returned to the login screen.

How do I remove my account from the device?

If you want the app to forget your account completely:

From the main menu

  1. Select Settings.

  2. Select Forget This Account

or

  1. Select My Account.

  2. Select Forget This Account.

  3. Select Forget This Account.

This action:

  • Removes your account from the device

  • Resets the BoardWorks app

  • Requires you to select your region and enter your username and password again when logging back in.

What you can do next

After familiarizing yourself with the app, you can:

  • Access meetings and Board Books

  • Review and annotate documents

  • Complete voting, surveys, and evaluations

  • Update your profile and account settings
