Introducing Secure External Attendee Access
Bringing external expertise into your meetings is now simpler and more secure.
With our new Invite External Attendees functionality, administrators can now provide limited, meeting-specific access to external participants without requiring a full BoardWorks account. Just enter the attendee(s) email address as you build your meeting, and they'll receive secure access to the meeting and only to the materials you choose. This enhancement is ideal for auditors, consultants, presenters and guests who require temporary, secure access to a meeting.
