BoardWorks gives you access to your Meetings, Events, Board Books, Reference material, Surveys, Voting, and more…
This guide will take you through the process of logging in for the first time.
Prerequisite:
The iPad App has been downloaded and installed on your iPad.
To install the iPad app, please launch the App Store app on your iPad and search for "Computershare BoardWorks" and download/install the app on your iPad.

Step 1 - Configure App region setting
Your region is determined by your company headquarters and not by your physical location. If your company’s headquarters country is not already selected, you must change it by following the following steps:
1. Tap on Region drop down menu
2. Select desired region
(United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia)
3. Tap on Region drop down menu
4. Select desired region (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia)
5. Tap SAVE
You will be taken back to the login screen
Step 2 - Initial Login
From the BoardWorks App login screen, enter your username and if logging in for the first time, enter the temporary password that your board Administrator provided.
If this is the first time you are logging in, you will be asked to change your password. The password you set in BoardWorks must adhere to the following rules:
Must contain at least one upper case letter
Must contain at least one number
Minimum of 9 characters long
Maximum of 100 characters long
Must not match any of your last 6 passwords
Must not contain your username or more than two consecutive characters from your full name
Once you have set your new password, you will be asked to set a security question.
Enter a Security Question and Answer.
The security answer must have at least 8 characters (including spaces).
The security question and answer are required if you forget your password.
To reset your password, you will be required to know the answer to your security question.
Tap Save.
Once you have gone through the initial login process, the BoardWorks landing page will display and the sync icon will spin at the top right of the page.
Congratulations, you have now logged into the BoardWorks iPad App!
If this is your first login, please allow the sync icon to stop spinning before accessing meeting documents.
